If you have not provided the VA Office with your Certificate of Eligibility (COE), it must be received before the start of the spring semester. If the VA Office does not have a copy of your COE, the student will be responsible for the entire tuition and fee balance. Without the coe, no part of your tuition and fees can be put on hold.
