Stafford Loan Counseling and Master Promissory Note Instructions
Instructions for NEW Stafford Loan borrowers on completing Entrance Loan Counseling and Master Promissory Note. You must wait about one week after activating/reinstating a Stafford Loan before the promissory note will be ready for you to complete. You only need to complete these steps the first time you get a Stafford Loan at UNLV.
